If you were in a car crash, the fastest way to get answers is to call. Ask for Dr. Ron. If he's with a patient, the front desk will take a message and he'll call you back the same business day in most cases.
What happens when you call
This isn't a sales call. We'll ask a short list of questions to confirm you're in the right place:
- When was the crash?
- Where are you hurting now?
- Do you have an attorney, or are you still deciding?
- Have you been seen anywhere else yet, including the ER or urgent care?
If we're a fit, we'll schedule you at the location closest to you and tell you what to bring. If we aren't a fit, we'll tell you that too, and point you toward someone who is. We treat car accident injuries only, so if you're looking for general chiropractic, wellness care, or cash-pay treatment, we'll save you the drive.

What to bring to your first visit
Bring what you have. If you don't have it, we'll work without it:
- Police report or case number
- Auto insurance card, and the other driver's information if you have it
- Health insurance card
- Attorney name and contact information, if you have representation
- Any imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) or records from urgent care or the ER
- A current list of medications
- Notes on any prior injuries to the same area
Before you call: a few honest answers
Do I need an attorney before I come in?
No. Many of our patients have one, but representation isn't required to be seen. If you'd like an introduction to an attorney we've worked with, we can make one after your visit.
Do you take my insurance?
We bill auto insurance MedPay and work on letters of protection coordinated with your attorney. We are not a cash-pay practice, and we do not bill general health insurance for crash-related care. If you don't know what coverage applies to your case, call and we'll walk through it with you.
How quickly can I be seen?
For new car crash patients, usually within one to two business days. If you're in significant pain, were just discharged from the ER, or are worried about a concussion, tell us when you call and we'll get you in sooner.
What if my crash was months ago?
Call us. Late-onset whiplash, post-concussion symptoms, and delayed soft tissue pain are common, and they are treatable. The longer you wait, the harder the documentation gets, so don't put it off if something still doesn't feel right.
Will Dr. Ron treat me personally?
Yes. He sees every patient. He does not delegate adjustments to associates or assistants.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. A spouse, family member, friend, or attorney representative is welcome in the room.
What if I'm not sure I was hurt badly enough to come in?
Call anyway. The intake conversation is free, and we'd rather tell you "you don't need us" than have you sit with an injury for six weeks because you weren't sure.
